Bernice Is A Great Sister to Isaac

My little bernice has grown up. She is "cheah cheach" to her little brother Isaac. Mummy, daddy are so proud of bernice. When Isaac cry, bernice will help to take Isaac's pacifier and put it in his mouth and rock the bassenet while saying "Isaac, eat properly, no cry..." It's so sweet and touching to see my little bernice taking good care of her little brother. My little princess, you will always be our darling princess.

Two weeks ago we went for tumble tots free trial session and bernice surprise me with her skills in making the apple print using 1/2 apple and some water colour. So I decided to buy her some water colour and we can do more water colour painting at home. See what we did. She loved the hand printing. She proudly showed her master piece to Daddy and Uncle David when the came home from work.

Shopping Angel

It's Mother's Day; we went shopping in The Curve. Mummy went into FOC and I found some interesting things there too. Don't I look great? While I try on some accessories, lots of people were staring at me.

Red Bean Soup For Tea

Yummy, mummy made red bean soup today and I had it for tea time. Mummy disallows me to drink soup this way, she always asks me to use a soup spoon but I still find it tastier when I drink it this way. Do I look like the Maggie Mee advertisement? hehehe....

I'm Loosing My Temper

Since Bernice was sick on Friday, she has been very "manja". Today she seems to be recovering, the running nose has lessen and she looks more alive. But she is still so cry baby. Everything got to go her way else she will cry and her tears just can't stop. She seems to be crying so much nowadays and stubborn too.

I'm at my 32 weeks pregnant now, with a big belly and bad temper too. I just can't stand hearing her cry and cry and cry. I worry I might loss temper and give a big slap! As I'm writing this post, she is crying outside I wonder what she is crying again this time. Called my hubby telling him Bernice crying all day long and I'm getting crazy. Hubby suggested me to take some chocolate to relax. That's a good idea; I'll go enjoy a piece of chocolate.

Sick Angel

Bernice has been sick since Friday morning. She had mild fever 37.8 Celsius, cough and running nose. This is the first time she has been so sick since birth. Hubby and I didn't get to sleep well as bernice would wake up almost every hour crying cause by her phlegm and difficulty in breathing cause by nose block. Even day time she can't sleep, her eyes are always watery and she really look sick. Took her to homeopathy on Sat and she is still on the medication.

Rabbit Rabbit .....

Yesterday we went to Bukit Tinggi again. Mummy and Daddy's intention was to bring me to rabbit farm for me to chase, feed and have fun with those rabbits.

Mummy woke me and daddy at 9:15 am, we started our journey at 10:15am. We reach Bukit Tinggi at 11am. We were disappointed as there we no show or event for the day, no clown, no balloons! We can't even find nice food to eat, so we decided to go to rabbit farm and later go for Mc Donald’s on our way home.

I fed a few rabbits with carrots that we bought from home. It was fun. After chasing and feeding rabbits for 1 1/2 hours we decided to leave. I slept on the way home, I was so tired, feeding rabbits was a tiring task and I had sunburn on my hands too. We had Mc Donald’s on our way back. I had a wonderful time.

Little Shoppers Weekend Outing

22nd April 2007, Sunday.

We went window shopping. I had a great time walking around. Mummy told daddy to let me walk so today is "no stroller day" yippy! NTV 7 was having a road show and I got a balloon and a ball. Daddy got a car sticker and a pen.

I walk for 2 hours, looking at nice clothings, toys and people staring at me as a walk pass them. Mummy went to FOC to get some long sleeves shirt and 2 tiny rompers for Isaac. The casher in FOC gave me a sweet but I gave it to a cheah cheah that keep staring at my sweet. Mummy and daddy say they were so proud of me for being so generous.

For teatime, we went to Ikea for curry puff and coffee, mummy ordered an ice cream for me but I prefer the curry puff. It was tiring but I had fun.

Chocolate Flavour + Raisin Cupcakes

Bernice asking for cake again on Wednesday morning. So I decided to make some cupcakes for her. This time, I mix some cocoa powder into the "kai tan kou" to make it chocolate flovour cupcake. I put 1 organic raisin in the middle of every cupcake. It turn out nice and bernice love the raisin. She will do the tumb up sign to say nice!

Bernice Say Issac

Bernice can understand lots of things but she just refuse to speak. She only say a few words till now but to our surprise she said "Ai Check" when I ask her to call her little bernice's name Isaac. I was so happy and proud, my little princess call her brother's name.

CupCakes To Cheer Me Up

Mummy made lots of cupcakes for me to eat. It was actually "Kai Tan Kou" but mummy stim the cake in tini cups and mummy springkle some cocoa powder on surface. It was yummy, I had the cakes for my breakfast, teatime and also my supper. I love cakes.

I had 8 teeth coming out and I refuse to take rice, water and I was moody too. Mummy's cupcakes manage to cheer me up. Thanks mummy.

Fun Time Washing Daddy's Car

17th March 2007, Saturday

Daddy was outside washing mummy's car while kakak helping daddy to wash his car. Mummy decided to let me help too. Mummy gave me a piece of cloth, a bucket and some water. Woh... it was fun playing with water, I was wet from face to toe, my shoes were soaking wet but mummy says nevermind, have fun.

After washing daddy car,I got bored so i decided to wash wipe the floor, I wet the cloth mummy gave me and start scrubbing the floor using the wet cloth, it was fun too.This weekend I didn't get to go playground instead i play car washing, nice !

Yummy Cake Session at Coffee Bean

9th March 2007 , 10pm

It was my bed time but kakak change me into nice clothing, hmmm I wonder where we are going. Later daddy asks if I want to go to bed, I shock my head, then mummy laugh. Daddy asks if I want to eat cake, I nod my head. Daddy teaches me to say "Eat Cake" but i kept silence. We went to coffee bean and once daddy let me sit on the chair, I keep knocking at the table with my 2 little fingers and say "eat cake!", "eat cake!", "eat cake!" which gave mummy and daddy a surprise. hahahaha....... I shared a piece of blueberry cake with mummy, yummy. See how good I am in handling my fork. It was a great night outing.

Chap Goh Mei Lunch

4th March 2007, Sun

We had lunch at Sin Lock with Tua Eee, Uncle EH family and 3rd Ee, Uncle Tom and family. It was a great lunch, food was nice and everyone was happy.

I wore an old cheongsam (15 yrs old) belongs to sis Rho Fei. I think I look very pretty in it as lots of people look at me when I was walking around the ampang park.

I love the food and all Ee was laughing looking at me eating non stop. I love the sharksfin soup, mummy say I had sharksfin sticking on my face and my bib. Daddy fed me some fish and prawn. I practically eat everything that was served to the adults, yum yum... adults food are yummy.

Posing Before Going Shopping

We are going shopping at Metrojaya. Mummy want to get me more new t-shirt and dresses. Mummy says we will have a busy weekend as we will go shopping today, tonight we will go for gathering at daddy's friend house and tomorrow we will have a Chap Goh Mei lunch with Tua Ee and Uncle EH family.

Falling Asleep While Eating Koko Crunch

This little angel has so much to play and explore till she has no time for sleep. Today the maid bring bernice upstairs for her usual nap at 1:30pm but came down as the little angel was crying; refusing to sleep. As the maid was folding clothing, bernice almost felt asleep while helping. Once the maid carries her upstairs, she woke up crying again; refusing to sleep.

Finally after her milk at 4pm, as she was eating some koko crunch, bernice fall asleep on the high chair. This time I guest she really "pengsan" already. kakakaka.....

Finally Calling Daddy as DaDa

Bernice finally gave daddy an early birthday present by calling daddy "DaDa". Our chubby little pumpkin has grown up to be a very active mischievous girl. She has learned to speak a few more simple words this few weeks.

Mummy --> Min
Daddy --> DaDa
Bear --> Beear
Auntie (Ee) --> Ehh Ehh

Other words she mastered are Cheah-cheach, Ko-Ko, and eat.

My New TV and Rocking Chair

25th Feb 2007, Mummy, Daddy and me went to look for rattan chair. Currently I always sit on the floor while I watch Barney that's why Mummy and Daddy want to buy me a chair.

With the help of Kong-Kong's map, we found the rattan shop. Daddy instantly falls in love with a rocking chair. I like the rocking chair too. So finally daddy decided to buy me a TV chair and a rocking chair.

Wonderful Treats During CNY

22 fEB 2007, 5th day of CNY.

For the first time I get to hold an ice-cream. 3rd Ee shared her ice-cream with me, yummy. It tastes great, sweet and cold, yummy.

I just Love CNY, mummy seems to say ok for most of the things. I get to eat adults' food, like chicken rice, teochew duck, ketupat, prawn cracker, lots of cookies and best of all ice-cream.

How I wish everyday is CNY.

CNY In Mah-Mah Kong Kong House Was Fabulous

20th Feb 2007, 3rd day of CNY. Mummy woke me up at 7pm. I was too tired so cried. We started our journey very early in the morning. Reach Kong-Kong's house at about 9:30am. I immediately went to play with chyi-chyi and harn-harn but still prefer to stay away from all the adults.

In the afternoon, lots of ppl started to arrive. Lau Ko from Batu Pahat, 3rd Ee and Tua Ee reach about the same time. Woh... kong kong's house started to filled up. Henry Ku-Ku arrive about noon with few pots of Kurma, Rendang Ayam and Ketupat. Mummy let me eat 1/2 ketupat with some Kurma and potatoe, yummy.

As for dinner we had "Yee Sang" made by mummy and stimboat. Everything was sooo delicious. Daddy let me try "Yee Sang" and I had stimboat with meehoon for my dinner.

Chinese New Year Morning.

18th Feb 2007, First Day of the Piggy Year.
This will be my second time celebrating cny. Mummy seems to be very excited too. Mummy makes sure kakak iron all my new clothing and hang them properly in the closet. I've got 4 brand new dresses and an old cheong sam pass down my sis Rho Fei. I have a pair of nice hair clips and a beautiful hat. Everything is pink in colour.

I saw mummy painting her nails pink. I ask mummy to apply on me too and mummy did as daddy laugh happily and took some pictures of my fingers. Mummy let me wear a gold necklace with hello kitty pendant and a new bracelet too. I love the bracelet as it has a bell that makes "ting ting" sound when i wave my hand.

Can you see ms piggy with a red ribbon? Mummy say it's piggy year so we put a ribbon on ms piggy and ask her to take a picture with us.

Mummy's Birthday on CNY Eve

17 Feb 2007, Today is mummy's birthday and it's also cny eve. Daddy plan to bring mummy and me out for lunch rather than dinner because according to daddy we got to go back to Ah Mah's house for reunion dinner.

We had a wonderful lunch at Nanxiang Mantou Dian. The serve delicious Shanghai delicacy. The "Siau Long Pau" was nice. We also had "Fried Nian Kau" and mummy ordered a "Pork Ribs + Mushroom Soup Noodles". I love the noodles and the soup was yummy. I saw mummy biting the big huge mushroom but i didn't get to taste it cause mummy was telling daddy it's too hard for me.

Everything was just great. Daddy , mummy and me was nicely dressed but the sad part was daddy forgot to bring the camera. Anyway we still had a great time.

Barney Songs With Mummy At The Piano

Piano time with bernice is always fun. Once I started playing the "I LOVE YOU" song from Barney, bernice will come and hug and kiss me. The other song she love is "THE WHEELS ON THE BUS" also from Barney. Check out the lyrics below and see how bernice do the action dance.

Bernice Call Mummy at 18months Old

At 18th months, bernice decided to call mummy as "Mmmin". The first time she called me was on the 29th Jan (Last Monday). It was 9.05am, I was sitting at my dinning table logging on the computer. Bernice came and she try to climb up to sit on my lap. I ask her to call mummy and surprisingly she say "Min!". I ask her for about 4-5 times and she says "Min" "AMin". I was so happy!

Wei's 17th Birthday Party

Wei is my 1st niece. She stayed with us (me and my parents) when she was a baby till age 2+. I used to take care of her and rock her to sleep in her bassinet using my feet under the dinning table while I do my homework.

Now she is already 17 years old. My little niece that used to cry clinging to me when I want to go out to town is now 17th years old princess. She celebrated her 17th B'day in Modesto last Saturday. We love you, Wei.... With all our love we wish you all the best and may your wish come true.

Second Pair of Shoes

After looking and trying out many different kind of shoes we finally decided to buy this pair of clarks for bernice last saturday. This pair of shoes fit nicely into her tiny feet. She can walk and walk and walk without any problem. When she takes a step forward, the shoes does not slide to the side. When she tries to run, the shoes do not fall off.
