My First Yoga Lesson

Yesterday was my first yoga trial lesson. I'm glad I finally made a move to a healthier life. Always heard how good yoga is and always been telling myself to join yoga but never make an afford to do it.

Yesterday yoga was ok. This morning I have very mild muscle ache near my armpit and tummy.

Bernice's phone call

My mom is going back to M'cc today. Before leaving she actually called bernice. Mom talk to bernice on the phone. Bernice listen and when grandma say good bye, bernice wave her hand and say ' ah tok' , 'thi tau' and many more baby talk which we still don't understand.

I'm happy as my mom love bernice so dearly. Bye mom, we will try to go home as frequent as possible.

Weekend in Subang (12th-13th August 06)

My mom and dad came to kl for a week. Dad have an appointment for his heart checkup in IJN. I've decided to go to Subang to meet them and spend our weekends together.

Our weekend was wonderful, kong-kong gave bernice 6 boxes of cereal (conflakes,honey star, koko crunch and many more) and bernice gave kong-kong a kiss in return. Mah-Mah on the other hand feed bernice yam cake and dates for breakfast. 2nd yee-yee feed bernice honey star for tea break. As for dinner mah-mah feed bernice stim toufo, fish and soup. 3rd yee-yee feed bernice chocolate cake for desert.

Bernice enjoyed every moment. She would play by herself or play with sis Rho Fei (play fridge magnet at 2nd yee-yee's kitchen) and talk in her baby language. Mah-mah say this is the first time she hear bernice talking. Bernice keep saying "da da tou...", "da da tou..." we wonder what she is saying :)
