EQ Parenting Talk by Professor Lee

Yesterday night I went for a parenting talk with my neighbour.
It's about how to communicate with our kids and how to treat our kids without scolding, shouting and canning. The professor gave us a method consisting of 3 simple steps. But these 3 steps can not be separated.

1) Love, we got to hug and kiss and tell them how much we love them (unconditional) everyday.
2) Punishing, pushing when they are at fault, punishes by making them uncomfortable and not scares them.
3) Encouragement, after every punishment we got to encourage them. Thank them for cooperating in the punishment.

I found that it's very interesting and i hope i can use this method to bring up my little angel.
